CV. Energi Karbon Alam is producer of hardwood lump charcoal in Indonesia. We have a monthly production capacity of over 20 containers and have grown year over year for the past 4 years. Our main product is lump hardwood charcoal.
All of our product processing and packaging takes place in our privately owned and operated warehouse facility. We are actively looking for serious distribution partners. We offer private-label/white-label solutions.

Production Process
- PRODUCTION
- 1. The charcoal made by kiln
- 2. Carbonizing process in 25 days with the following stages:
- √ 15 days process converting wood into charcoal. charcoal.
- o Drying wood in the kiln at 100 °C.
- o Raising the temperature in the kilns to 270 °C to start spontaneous pyrolysis.
- o Final heating to around 550-600 °C to drive off tar and increase the fix carbon.
- √ 8 days cooling at about 70 °C
- √ 2 days cooling the charcoal at about 40 °C after taking out from kiln.
- √ 15 days process converting wood into charcoal. charcoal.
- WEATHERING PROCESS
- 1. 4 days cooling the charcoal at about 35 °C after taking out from kiln.
- 2. 6 days clean, screening and cut out the charcoal.
- 3. 5 days cooling the charcoal at about below 30 °C.
- All process during Weathering Process is done in open area under roof with commodity spread unpacked on the ground for not less than 14 days prior final packing into bags.
- PACKING
- 1. 2-3 days packing into PP Bags
- LOADING INTO CONTAINER
- 1. Check the charcoal temperature at about 30 °C – 33 °C to ensure the charcoal in safe condition before loading into export container.
